SGI’s Semi-Auto Gas Changeover Panel with Purging Facility is designed to provide uninterrupted gas supply by automatically switching from the active cylinder or bundle to the reserve cylinder when pressure drops below a preset level. The system uses two integrated pressure regulators preset at slightly different delivery pressure levels to control the semi-automatic changeover process.
The integrated purging facility allows external gas purging during operation, while moving the lever towards the full bank allows empty cylinders to disconnect and replace without interrupting gas flow. The system also supports vent piping connection to the relief valve, and contact gauges with alarm boxes assist in monitoring gas reserves.
